Relax at Hotel Patrizza

Porto Cervo was created by Prince Karim Aga Khan in the 1950s and 60s and is the main center of Costa Smeralda. This is the view from Hotel Patrizza right on the water in a protected inlet on the Sea. Patrizza's sister hotel is more family oriented so if that is what you are looking for, check it out. The rooms are separate villa type structures beautifully appointed. The hotel offers water sports equipment ie. paddle boards and one that is powered by a stepper machine which made it so much easier for me. The inlet is beautiful and protects you from rough seas. My best hint for Sardinia is that everything is negotiable. A taxi into Porto Cervo can be 50 Euro or 20 depending on your skill.
